Co Chien Industrial Zone is located in My Phuoc Commune, Mang Thit District, Vinh Long Province . Vietnam
Co Chien Industrial Zone was established under the approval of the Vinh Long Province People’s Committee. It is strategically located along Provincial Road 902, adjacent to the banks of the picturesque Co Chien River. The Investment Project Management Board of Vinh Long Industrial Zones and Industrial Lines takes charge of the investment in this thriving zone.
Encompassing a sprawling area of 200 hectares, Co Chien Industrial Zone boasts a state-of-the-art infrastructure designed to meet the highest standards. It features a well-developed internal transportation network, abundant green spaces, and highly efficient systems for electricity supply and water management. We meticulously plan the zone to align with international requirements and provide flexible land options that cater to the diverse needs of various types of industries.
Moreover, the industrial zone benefits from an abundant labor force and attracts a large number of workers, promising a high-quality workforce. We actively adorn the roads within the industrial zone with greenery, aiming to enhance the environment and create a pleasant and healthy atmosphere.
Co Chien Industrial Zone is conveniently located, with a distance of 35 km from Can Tho City, 3 km from Vinh Long City, and 120 km from Ho Chi Minh City. It is also in close proximity to Vinh Long Port, just 3 km away. These advantages contribute to the high profitability for investors as well as the economic development of our country.

To ensure smooth traffic flow throughout the industrial zone, we have designed the internal transportation system in a rational manner. The system follows these specifications:
We prioritize compliance with national regulations during the design and construction of all internal roads. They are meticulously constructed with asphalt concrete pavement. Additionally, our internal roads feature a comprehensive high-pressure lighting system, which not only ensures functionality but also enhances the aesthetic appeal of the zone.
The power supply to the industrial zone is sourced from a 110/35/22KV transformer substation. The high-voltage power grid is provided along the internal transportation routes within the industrial zone.
The water supply system ensures the provision of clean water, with a daily capacity of 30,000 m3, sourced from the dedicated clean water plant. The water is delivered to the factory fence through a standardized international water supply pipe system.
Operates by collecting and directing wastewater to the designated wastewater treatment plant within the industrial zone. At the treatment plant, the wastewater undergoes thorough processing to ensure it complies with the stringent Class A water quality standards, as outlined in QCVN 40:2011/BTNMT. After undergoing treatment, we safely release the water into the shared system of the industrial zone. The wastewater treatment plant has the capability to process 2,900 m3 of water per day and night.
The industrial zone proactively collects and transports the waste generated by factories within its premises, following contracted sorting methods, to ensure the prevention of environmental pollution.
We actively filter the exhaust gases from the factories in accordance with national standards before their release into the natural environment.
The industrial zone proactively installs an underground communication cable system, which connects to the factory fence through a standardized international cable system.
By establishing a connection system between the information communication center of the industrial zone and the postal and telecommunications network, we achieve the effective fulfillment of all communication requirements.. This includes the provision of dedicated switchboards, international telephone services, remote conference capabilities, leased lines, high-speed internet, and email services.
The industrial zone proactively installs a fire alarm, prevention, and firefighting system that adheres strictly to national regulations. It ensures effective fire protection by equipping internal transportation junctions and every factory with water supply outlets for firefighting.
Co Chien aims to be a multi-sector industrial zone that actively utilizes advanced and modern technologies in accordance with international standards, prioritizing environmental friendliness. It anticipates attracting diverse industries, including:

Transportation system
The central road axis boasts a generous width of up to 56 meters, accommodating 4 to 6 lanes. The main roads maintain a width of 23 meters, providing two lanes for efficient vehicular movement. What'more, the park incorporates comprehensive lighting systems along the roadways, enhancing safety and visibility for both pedestrians and drivers.
Electricity system
The industrial park ensures a reliable power supply, sourcing electricity from the national grid through 110KV and 22KV transmission lines. This electricity is then efficiently distributed to an internal 63MVA transformer station, where it is further channeled to individual transformer stations within the park's factories, ensuring a smooth and uninterrupted flow of energy to meet the industrial operations' demands.
Clean water system
45000m³/day;Phase I :5000m³/day
Wastewater treatment plant
12,000m3/day; Phase 1: 6,000m3 /day Phase 2: 6,000m3/day
Firefighting system
The firefighting system in the industrial park adheres strictly to national standards, ensuring utmost safety. Fire hydrants are strategically positioned along the park's roads, spaced approximately 100-120 meters apart, to guarantee swift and effective fire prevention and control measures during emergencies.
Communication system
The industrial park provides full postal and telecommunications services. The total number of communication lines in The Industrial Park reaches 1,200.
